With over 30 years experience in customer service, marketing and sales, Kelly's client base consists mainly of:  Small & Large Business, All Levels of Government and Aboriginal Accounts.

Kelly has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

In addition, Kelly has a long history of volunteering in our community.  Ten years as an active member of the Fort William Rotary Club and its large Annual Fundraiser, the Canada Day House Lottery. 

Currently, Kelly spends most of his volunteer time as an Executive Member of the Port Arthur Minor Hockey Association, with over 300 players from IP1 to Peewee.  Also, Kelly is one of the main coordinators of PAMHA's Annual Robin's Minor Hockey Classic with Over 150 Teams and Over 3,000 Players & Coaches.

Ron is Mallon's General Manager.  With over 15 years experience in management and 8 years in the Promotional Marketing Industry, Ron ensures that all of our staff are working to ensure that all our orders will be done right, on time and on budget.

With over 30 years experience in customer service and sales, Rob's client base consists mainly of:  schools, teams, leagues, clubs, small business & special events accounts (i.e. golf & curling events).

Rob has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

Lidia joined our sales team over 2 years ago.  Lidia has a background in sales & marketing having worked for a local Radio Media Company, but has switched recently over to Promotional Marketing to better service her new and existing customers.  

Lidia will specialize in Primary & Secondary School Customers with our growing amount of Custom E-Stores for all of their current Staff &/or Student Custom Decorated School Spirit &/or Team Wear.

Brendan is new with Mallon's. Brendan has been a sales consultant in various industries over the past 5 years and has customer service experience to better service his new and existing customers.  

Brendan will specialize in Small Business, Sports, Primary & Secondary School Customers with our growing amount of Custom E-Stores for all of their current Staff &/or Student Custom Decorated School Spirit &/or Team Wear.

Whitney has years of both customer service and hospitality experience from working with small businesses to large hotel companies. Whitney will be assigned to new "walk-in" accounts and assisting existing customers on a daily basis.  Whitney also supports all of our full time sales reps on an ongoing basis to ensure that all customers are treated both quickly and professionally.

Laura has Over 20 Years in the Promotional Clothing & Products industry.

Laura has been with Mallon's for Over 8 Years, working in various dept's and now heads up our art team for all screen print, Embroidery, Full Colour DTG Printing and Assortment of Promotional Products.

Prior to that Laura worked at a Local Competitor before joining the Mallon Team for over 10 Years and prior to that, Laura, graduated with a Diploma in Graphic Design from Sault College in Sault Ste. Marie.

Sara is new to Promotional Clothing & Products industry, but has worked in Graphic Design for over 5 years.

Sara is new to Mallon's with a Masters in Graphic Design.

Lori has an extensive administration background and started back in 2010 in charge of our front reception area in terms of directing all incoming phone and walk-in accounts.

Lori has since been promoted to head of Purchasing and Accounting.

Lori purchases all of our Blank Clothing to ensure that everything arrives in plenty of time to allow our in-house production team to custom decorate each item.

Alyssa has an administration background and is a recent new addition to our Mallon Team. 

Alyssa's admin duties include posting, shipping status and invoicing for both our Thunder Bay and Dryden Operations for all Promotional Products.

Alyssa handles all payables for both our Thunder Bay and Dryden Operations.

Laurie is new to Mallons with years of Administrative Experience. 

Laurie is in charge of our front reception area in terms of directing all incoming phone and walk-in accounts.

Laurie's admin duties include posting, deposits, receivables and invoicing for both our Thunder Bay and Dryden Operations.

With over 27 years experience in the Promotional Clothing Industry, Carrie is an experienced screen printer and embroiderer and is in charge of managing our overall Production Department.  After working for over 15 years with a local competitor, Carrie decided to join the Mallon's Team and has been with our operation for Over 10 years.  Carrie overseas to ensure that all In-House Custom Decorated Clothing (both Screen Printed & Embroidered) is quality produced in a timely fashion.

With over 14 years experience in the Promotional Clothing Industry, Lisa is an experienced embroiderer and is in charge of both our Brand New 8 head & 6 head State of the Art Embroidery Machines.  After working for over 14 years with a local competitor that was sold to a Winnipeg Company and no longer does local production, Lisa decided to join the Mallon's Production Team and is a recent new addition to help ensure that our Local In-House Production Facility is second to none in terms of quality and delivery to all our New & Existing Loyal Customers.

With over 10 years experience in the Promotional Clothing Industry, Stephanie is an experienced embroiderer & seamstress and is in charge of both our other 8 head & 1 head State of the Art Embroidery Machines. 

After working for a Southern Ontario Competitor, Stephanie decided to join the Mallon's Production Team and is a recent new addition to help ensure that our Local In-House Production Facility is second to none in terms of quality and delivery for all our new & existing loyal customers.

Manpreet is new to the Promotional Clothing Industry and recently hired and trained to become our New State of the Art "AUTO PRESS" Screen Printer, which is the only one in NW Ontario.

Manpreet's attention to detail, quality control and dedication make him an excellent addition to our Mallon's In-House  Production Team. 

Manpreet specializes in Large Quantity Screen Printing Orders and/or Full Colour Screen Print Designs on our Brand New "Auto Press" Screen Printing Machine that can output consistent, quality screen print designs in minutes per Garment.

Jennifer is new to the Promotional Clothing Industry and recently hired and trained to become our New State of the Art "AUTO PRESS" Screen Printer, which is the only one in NW Ontario.

Jennifer's attention to detail, quality control and dedication make him an excellent addition to our Mallon's In-House  Production Team. 

Jennifer specializes in Large Quantity Screen Printing Orders and/or Full Colour Screen Print Designs on our Brand New "Auto Press" Screen Printing Machine that can output consistent, quality screen print designs in minutes per Garment.

Holly is new to the promotional products and clothing industry.  She is being trained to operate our "manual press" as a full time screen printer.  Holly recently joined the Mallon's Production Team and specializing in small run screen print orders of 1-4 imprint colours per design.

Sean is new to the promotional products and clothing industry.  She is being trained to operate our "manual press" as a full time screen printer. 

Sean recently joined the Mallon's Production Team and specializing in small run screen print orders of 1-4 imprint colours per design.

Pyo has been with Mallon's for years and has grown in her role and responsibilities.  She is now trained to operate our brand new Full Colour DTG (Direct to Garment) Printer for the best Full Colour Printing in the industry with Full Colour Photographic Cabalities.

In addition, Pyo runs our Heat Press Machine for all DTG and Heat On Applications.

Pyo is also one of our valued Quality Controllers ensuring that all decorated orders are done to each of our valued customers complete satisfaction.

Lindsay is new to Mallon's and is responsible to  trim, steam, fold and   pack all our custom decorated clothing orders. 

Lindsay is one of the final inspectors for quality control for all final our custom decorated clothing for both embroidery, DTG and screen printing.

With over 10 years experience in the promotional products and clothing industry, Laurie has years of experienced in the Promotional Clothing Industry.

Laurie carefully inspects all incoming blank goods for any flaws prior to decorating to ensure that the final product is up to Mallon's High Quality Standards so that the customer is always guaranteed 100% satisfaction with all of their orders.

Laurie is also responsible to accurately prepare all orders for either customer pick up &/or shipping out to all of our NW Ontario Customers.

Bailey has now been with the company for a few years now.  Bailey is trained to operate our "heat press" as well as being a full time manual screen printer, trimmer, steamer, folder,  packer of our custom decorated clothing.  Bailey also is the final inspector for quality control for all final our custom decorated clothing for both embroidery and screen printing.
