With over 30 years experience in customer service, marketing and sales, Kelly's client base consists mainly of:  Small & Large Business, All Levels of Government and Aboriginal Accounts.

Kelly has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

In addition, Kelly has a long history of volunteering in our community.  Ten years as an active member of the Fort William Rotary Club and its large Annual Fundraiser, the Canada Day House Lottery. 

Currently, Kelly spends most of his volunteer time as an Executive Member of the Port Arthur Minor Hockey Association, with over 300 players from IP1 to Peewee.  Also, Kelly is one of the main coordinators of PAMHA's Annual Robin's Minor Hockey Classic with Over 150 Teams and Over 3,000 Players & Coaches.

Ron is Mallon's General Manager.  With over 15 years experience in management and 8 years in the Promotional Marketing Industry, Ron ensures that all of our staff are working to ensure that all our orders will be done right, on time and on budget.

With over 30 years experience in customer service and sales, Rob's client base consists mainly of:  schools, teams, leagues, clubs, small business & special events accounts (i.e. golf & curling events).

Rob has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

With over 15 years experience in customer service and sales, Mike's client base consists mainly of:  schools, teams, leagues, clubs, small business & special events accounts (i.e. golf tournaments). Mike has been with the Mallon Team for over 10 years.

With over 40 years experience in customer service and sales, Joe's client base consists mainly of: pulp & paper, mining, safety, industrial, outfitter and small business accounts.  Joe's background and list of clients reaches throughout all areas of Northwestern Ontario, Canada and the USA.  Joe has been with Mallon's for Over 15 Years.

With over 35 years experience in customer service, marketing and sales, Gary's client base consists mainly of:  Resorts Outfitters, Small & Large Business, All Levels of Government and Aboriginal Accounts.

Gary has recently joined the Mallon's Team after a short semi-retirement period and has spent his entire career in the Promotional Marketing Industry and wishes to continue to help all of his new and past clients and help build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

Whitney has years of both customer service and hospitality experience from working with small businesses to large hotel companies. Whitney will be assigned to new "walk-in" accounts and assisting existing customers on a daily basis.  Whitney also supports all of our full time sales reps on an ongoing basis to ensure that all customers are treated both quickly and professionally.

With over 10 years experience in the promotional products and clothing graphics industry, Laura is an extremely experienced graphic artist. 

After working for over 10 years with a local competitor, Laura decided to join the Mallon's Team in April 2016.

Prior to that Laura graduated with a Diploma in Graphic Design from Sault College in Sault Ste. Marie.

With over 8 years experience in the promotional products and clothing industry, Laurie has years of experienced in the Promotional Clothing Industry. After working for over 7 years with a local competitor,  recently Laurie decided to join the Mallon's Team.

Laurie carefully inspects all incoming blank goods for any flaws prior to decorating to ensure that the final product is up to Mallon's High Quality Standards so that the customer is always guaranteed 100% satisfaction with all of their orders.

Lori has an extensive administration background and started back in 2010 in charge of our front reception area in terms of directing all incoming phone and walk-in accounts.

Lori has since been promoted to head of Purchasing, Administration and Accounting.

Lori purchases all of our Blank Clothing to ensure that everything arrives in plenty of time to allow our in-house production team to custom decorate each item.  Lori also handles all receivables and payables for both our Thunder Bay and Dryden Operations.  Lori admin duties include posting, deposits and invoicing.

With over 27 years experience in the Promotional Clothing Industry, Carrie is an experienced screen printer and embroiderer and is in charge of managing our overall Operations Department.  After working for over 15 years with a local competitor, Carrie decided to join the Mallon's Team and has been with our operation for Over 10 years.

With almost 20 years experience in the promotional products and clothing industry, Kelley is both an experienced screen printer and embroidery operator.  After working for over 15 years with a local competitor, Kelley decided to join the Mallon's Team and has been with us for almost 5 years.

With over 35 years experience in the Promotional Clothing Industry, Patty is an experienced screen printer and embroiderer.  After working for Over 25 years with a local competitor, Patty decided to join the Mallon's Team and has been with our operation for Over 10 years.

A journeyman printer by trade, Gini has spent the last seven years doing sales, silkscreening & embroidery at the former SquareOne Printwear in Dryden, Ontario. 

Gini has 30+ years of customer service experience and she looks forward to serving the businesses, clubs, organizations and schools in Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Ignace, Vermilion Bay, Ear Falls, Red Lake & Kenora.
