With over 40 years experience in customer service, marketing and sales, Kelly's client base consists mainly of:  Small & Large Business, All Levels of Government and Aboriginal Accounts.

Kelly has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

In addition, Kelly has a long history of volunteering in our community.  Ten years as an active member of the Fort William Rotary Club and its large Annual Fundraiser, the Canada Day House Lottery. 

Kelly then volunteered his free time as an Executive Member of the Port Arthur Minor Hockey Association, with over 300 players from U7 to U13.  Kelly is one of the main coordinators of PAMHA's Annual Robin's Minor Hockey Classic with Over 150 Teams and Over 3,000 Players & Coaches.

Ron is Mallon's General Manager.  With over 25 years experience in management and over 15 years in the Promotional Marketing Industry, Ron ensures that all of our staff are working to ensure that all our orders will be done right, on time and on budget.

With over 40 years experience in customer service and sales, Rob's client base consists mainly of:  schools, teams, leagues, clubs, small business & special events accounts (i.e. golf & curling events).

Rob has been with the Mallon's Team for his entire career and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

With over 10 years experience in customer service and sales, Mike's client base consists mainly of:  mines,  teams, leagues, clubs, business & special events accounts.

Mike has been with the Mallon's Team for over 10 years and has helped build our company's long term reputation in the promotional industry.

Lidia joined our sales team over 8 years ago.  Lidia has a background in sales & marketing having worked for a local Radio Media Company, but has switched recently over to Promotional Marketing to better service her new and existing customers.  

Lidia will specialize in Primary & Secondary School Customers with our growing amount of Custom E-Stores for all of their current Staff &/or Student Custom Decorated School Spirit &/or Team Wear.

Lidia's territory is based in Thunder Bay and she is also in charge of accounts across NW Ontario:
WEST:   Upsula, Ignace, Wabigoon, Sioux Lookout, & Lac Seul.
EAST:    Armstrong, Beardmore, Jellicoe, Geraldton & Longlac

Melissa is new with Mallon's.  Melissa has been a sales consultant in the retail industry for over the past 10 years and has customer service experience to better service his new and existing customers.  

Melissa will specialize in Small Business, Sports, Primary & Secondary School Customers with our growing amount of Custom E-Stores for all of their current Staff &/or Student Custom Decorated School Spirit &/or Team Wear.

Melissa's territory is based in Thunder Bay and she is also in charge of accounts across NW Ontario:
WEST:   Dryden, Kenora, Red Lake, Balmertown, Ear Falls, Emo, Fort Frances & Atikokan
EAST:    Nipigon, Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Marathon & Manitouwadge

Whitney has years of both customer service and hospitality experience from working with small businesses to large hotel companies. Whitney will be assigned to new "walk-in" accounts and assisting existing customers on a daily basis.  Whitney also supports all of our full time sales reps on an ongoing basis to ensure that all customers are treated both quickly and professionally.

Laura has Over 20 Years in the Promotional Clothing & Products industry.

Laura has been with Mallon's for Over 10 Years heading up our Art Team for all screen print, Embroidery, Full Colour DTG Printing and Assortment of Promotional Products.

Prior to that Laura worked at a Local Competitor before joining the Mallon Team for over 10 Years and prior to that, Laura, graduated with a Diploma in Graphic Design from Sault College in Sault Ste. Marie.

Ashlyn is new to the Promotional Clothing & Products industry but has worked in the Graphic Design and Animation field for over 5 years. Prior to that, Ashlyn gained a Bachelor of Fine arts & Animation Degree from OCAD University in Toronto.

Lori has an extensive administration background and started back in 2010.

Lori purchases all of our Blank Clothing to ensure that everything arrives in plenty of time to allow our in-house production team to custom decorate each item.

Roshan has an administration background and is a recent new addition to our Mallon Team. 

Roshan's admin duties include all financial aspects of the company including posting, shipping status and invoicing for all Promotional Products.

Roshan oversees all finances for the company and is in charge of all receivables and payables.

Laurie is new to Mallons with years of Administrative Experience. 

Laurie is in charge of our front reception area in terms of directing all incoming phone and walk-in accounts.

Laurie's admin duties include posting, deposits, receivables and invoicing.

Carrie leads the overall production department at Mallon's, overseeing all in-house custom decoration services, including Screen Printing, Embroidery and DTF Full Colour Printing.

With over 30 years of industry experience, she joined our team in 2005 after a successful 15-year tenure with a local competitor.

Carrie is an expert screen printer and embroiderer dedicated to ensuring that every order is quality-produced and delivered in a timely fashion.

Carrie is a reliable and talented member and a key contributor to our success in production.

With over 20 years of expertise in the promotional clothing industry, Lisa is a highly skilled professional leading the in-house embroidery team at Mallon's Promotional clothing
and products.

Lisa specializes in state-of-the-art embroidery, managing two advanced 8-head embroidery machines to deliver exceptional quality. A dedicated expert committed to local production.

Lisa ensures our facility remains a leader in precision and customer satisfaction.

Virginia is a dedicated member of our production team, specializing in high precision embroidery.

With a great eye for detail and a commitment to quality control, she expertly operates advanced embroidery machinery to produce intricate logos, team branding and personalized apparel.

Virginia's focus on technical accuracy and production efficiency ensures that every textile project meets the highest industry standards.

Sean is a vital member of the Mallon's Production team, specializing in high-volume screen printing operations. He oversees our Auto Press, an advanced system engineered for maximum efficiency and superior print consistency.

With a primary focus on large-scale production runs, Sean expertly manages complex projects ranging from 1-6 imprint colours per design.

Sean's meticulous attention to detail, quality control standards and professional dedication ensure that every order meets our highest benchmarks. His expertise makes him a premier asset to our in-house production department.

Lindsay has grown in her roll of manual screen printer. She is responsible for screen printing small quantity run orders of 1-6 imprint colors. She is also trained to clean screens and in shipping and receiving package pick up.

Lindsay is an important part of our day-to-day In-house Production Team.

Since joining Mallon's in 2020, Holly has become a versatile leader within our production department.

Holly is highly proficient in operating our Manual, Auto, and Heat press equipment, as well as our specialized DTF full colour printer.

In addition to her technical expertise - which includes screen preparation, cleaning and burning. Holly is cross trained in finishing services and is currently expanding her skillset into embroidery.

Holly's dedication and hardworking approach make her an
invaluable asset to the team.

Since joining Mallon's in 2017, Pyo has consistently expanded her expertise and professional responsibilities.

Pyo currently manages our Heat Press Department, overseeing all heat-on applications with precision. As a dedicated Quality Controller, Pyo is instrumental in our commitment to excellence,
meticulously inspecting every order to ensure it meets our rigorous standards an exceeds customer
expectations.

Pyo is an asset to our local In-House Production Team.

Manpreet recently joined our production team, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to quality. Specializing in the final stages of our workflow, she oversees the trimming,
steaming. folding, and packaging of every custom garment.

Manpreet focuses on excellence and ensures a premium finish for every piece, before it reaches the customer.

Jennifer plays a key roll in our final production phase, overseeing the trimming, steaming folding, and organization of all custom-decorated e-store orders. Her meticulous attention to detail
and unwavering commitment to quality control ensure that every order meets our highest standards.

We are fortunate to have her as an integral member of the Mallon's in-house production team.

With over 15 years experience in the Promotional clothing and products Industry, Laurie brings a wealth of expertise to our team. since joining our production department in 2017, she has played a vital role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

As the manager of our shipping and receiving department, Laurie is responsible for the accurate preparation and dispatch of all orders, whether locally or throughout Northwest
Ontario.

She is a vital asset to our day-to-day Production Team.

Bailey has been trained on operating the print presses( manual & Auto ) as well as, Heat press, Trimming, steaming, folding, and packing. She has grown in her roll here at Mallon's.

Bailey is now in the Shipping and Receiving department, where she inspects all incoming blank goods for any flaws prior to hitting the production areas for decorating.

She also prepares all orders for either pickup or shipping to our valued customers. She is a wonderful asset to our Production Team.
